At REK Studios, we take care to ensure that every product is made, inspected, packed, and shipped with care. Because many of our products are 3D printed, made-to-order, or produced in limited quantities, we have a specific return and refund policy.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Change-of-Mind Returns

REK Studios does not accept returns or refunds due to a change of mind, personal preference, or simply because you no longer want the product.

Once an order has been successfully placed, customers are expected to review the product description, specifications, dimensions, images, and other available information before completing the purchase.

This policy applies unless a return or refund is required under applicable law.

2. Eligible Returns

A return or refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• The product arrives damaged.

• The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.

• The wrong product was delivered.

• The product is significantly different from the product ordered.

• A return or refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

To request a return or refund, please contact REK Studios within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

3. Damaged Products

If your package or product arrives damaged:

1. Take clear photographs/videos of the package before opening it, if possible.

2. Photograph the product and all packaging after opening.

3. Contact REK Studios within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Provide your order number and supporting photographs/videos.

We will review the evidence and determine whether the product qualifies for a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

4. Defective Products

If a product has a genuine manufacturing defect that materially affects its intended use, please contact REK Studios with details of the issue.

Minor characteristics associated with 3D printing, such as:

• Layer lines

• Minor surface variations

• Small texture differences

• Slight colour variations

• Minor dimensional variations

• Small marks or imperfections

may be considered normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and may not qualify as defects.

5. Wrong Product

If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact REK Studios within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we may arrange for the incorrect product to be returned and the correct product to be shipped, or provide another appropriate resolution.

6. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Customised, personalised, or made-to-order products are produced specifically according to the customer's requirements.

Such products are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation once production has started, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable law.

7. Return Process

To request a return, please contact REK Studios with:

• Order number

• Name used for the order

• Reason for the return

• Clear photographs/videos of the product

• Photographs of the packaging, where relevant

Do not send a product back without receiving return instructions from REK Studios.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

8. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on the part of REK Studios, such as receiving an incorrect or defective product, REK Studios may arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, subject to verification.

Where a return is approved under any other legally applicable circumstance, return shipping arrangements will be communicated by REK Studios.

9. Refunds

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, REK Studios will notify you whether the return has been approved.

If approved, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error, damage, defect, or another circumstance where a refund of shipping charges is required under applicable law.

10. Replacements

Where appropriate, REK Studios may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement availability depends on product availability and the nature of the issue.

If the exact product is unavailable, REK Studios may offer another appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

11. Non-Returnable Products

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following are not eligible for return:

• Products returned due to change of mind or personal preference

• Customised or personalised products

• Made-to-order products after production has started

• Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage

• Products that have been modified or altered by the customer

• Products returned without prior approval

• Products missing original components or packaging where those are required for the return

12. Refund Exceptions

A refund may be refused where an inspection determines that:

• The product was damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

• The product was used contrary to its intended purpose.

• The product was modified or altered.

• The reported issue is a normal characteristic of the manufacturing process.

• The customer is requesting a refund due to change of mind or personal preference.

• The return does not meet the requirements of this policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

13. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact REK Studios as soon as possible.

Orders that have not entered production may be eligible for cancellation at the discretion of REK Studios.

Once a custom, personalised, or made-to-order product has entered production, cancellation will generally not be possible.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot normally be cancelled.

14. Exchanges

REK Studios does not offer exchanges for change-of-mind, personal preference, sizing preference, or similar reasons.

Where a product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, REK Studios may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

15. Fraudulent or Abusive Returns

REK Studios reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds where there is evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or repeated misuse of the return process.

This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
