Shipping policy

At REK Studios, we carefully pack and ship every order to ensure your products reach you safely. Please read the following shipping terms before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Most ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Made-to-order and custom products may require additional production time. The estimated processing time will be mentioned on the product page wherever applicable.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping/tracking information where tracking is available.
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, courier service, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, courier delays, public holidays, remote locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and contact details.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the product, package size, weight, destination, and applicable courier rates.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Damaged Packages

We pack our products carefully before dispatch. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged:

Please take photographs/videos of the package before opening it.
Take photographs of the product and packaging after opening.
Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your order number along with the photographs/videos.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please carefully check your shipping information before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable or fails to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to us.

Any additional shipping charges incurred for reshipping may be payable by the customer.

7. 3D-Printed Products

Many of our products are 3D printed. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, minor variations may occur between the product shown in photographs and the final product.

You may notice minor layer lines, surface variations, small imperfections, or slight differences in texture and finish. These are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not necessarily considered defects.

Where applicable, product-specific variations will be mentioned on the product page.

8. International Shipping

International shipping availability depends on the product and destination.

Customers receiving orders outside India may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not controlled by REK Studios and may vary depending on local regulations.

9. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's network and operating conditions.

If a shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, we will assist in contacting the courier and initiating an investigation where applicable.
